If you are viewing the cameras for the first time, you may be asked to install an ActiveX component.
This is the software used to display the camera images and MUST BE INSTALLED.
If this is the case, click Yes when prompted and it will load the camera software onto your computer automatically.
This will only take 15-20 seconds to download and is 100% safe to install. If you do not get the prompt to install an ActiveX component, it may be because your browser security settings are too high. To check the setting for Internet Explorer, follow these steps:
